When and what time are Council meetings?: City Council meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. for Closed Session and at 6:30 p.m. for Open Session in the City Council Chambers, 211 Hillcrest Avenue, Marina. Occasionally, a special meeting needs to be held, which requires 24 hour notice.
